EASA Initial Class 1 medical psychological assessments
Psychological assessment for pilots undergoing an EASA Initial Class 1 medical is now required.
An EASA Initial Class 1 medical certificate requires applicants to undergo an additional psychological assessment. We provide these assessments to the standard expected by EASA, delivered by clinical psychologists with specialist aviation experience.
Our assessments are evidence-based, standardised and defensible. Each combines a structured clinical interview with validated psychological testing, and concludes with a clear, practical report for the Aeromedical Examiner or Aeromedical Centre.
Candidates are treated with respect and confidentiality throughout. We understand the significance of the assessment for a pilot's career, and our aim is always to give the licensing authority an accurate, fair and complete picture.
