Christine is a helicopter pilot with private and commercial licences and is a member of the British Women's Pilot Association with over 1500 hours flying experience gained in Europe and Australia. She is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and an Accredited Human Factors Specialist with membership of the European Association for Aviation Psychology and Associate Fellow membership of the British Psychological Society. Her knowledge of helicopter operations is broad, given the research for her book "Helicopter Operations - Pilots Perspectives". She established two successful helicopter operations in Australia and was approved by its Civil Aviation Safety Authority as Chief Pilot for both organisations. With twin careers in Organisational Psychology and Rotary Aviation she has extensive consultancy, aviation and training experience and has special interests in organisational culture, aviation human factors, psychological assessment, team building, performance management and aviation safety.
