About

Core Aviation Psychology

Core Aviation Psychology is a part of Core Business Psychology, a firm that has been providing psychological services to business since 2010. Core Aviation Psychology was set up because the aviation sector has become the main focus of our work, and our  current main area of expertise. Over the years we have worked with a number of clients in the sector covering operators and manufacturers.

Our work covers a number of services, including in-depth aircrew psychological assessment (pilots, engineers and SAR crew), aircrew psychological support, CRM programme design and delivery, and facilitation of operational and senior business team development, including developing partnership working.

Core Aviation Psychology is committed to an evidence-based approach in all its work and bases everything it does on sound, well-researched psychological principles and methods. We also believe it vitally important that we understand and appreciate the particular and unique characteristics of the aviation sector so that our clients find us in tune with their specific requirements and their operating environment.
